Character Mood Board #19 Tory

Tory is the character the reader follows the ninteenth chapter, the second to last, of my in-progress novel, and she is one of the middle children at the Girl House.

Tory is a little artist in the making, colours and drawings filling both her activities and the way she sees the world. I really enjoyed writing from her perspectives and get to describe the world like paintings, as well as getting into a more creative mindset.

Like a lot of artists, though, Tory is also less interested in group activities with her sisters, preferring to watch a snowball fight, rather than partcipating alongside them. But hey, not everyone likes getting blasted by cold, frozen balls in the face. Some like to keep drawing flowers in the snow.

She's like a colourful little goblin, sitting with her notebook in the corner of a room, or with her face plastered against a window to get a better look at the sky, jumping up and down at the way candles cast shadows over faces. Hopefully, you'll like her!

Goodbye, lovelies!
